Ancient farm in Brugnato, Cinque Terre - Liguria
Located in the enchanting Val di Vara, a few kilometers from the Cinque Terre and the Golfo dei Poeti (Gulf of the Poets) in La Spezia, the property, surrounded by a plot of land of about 10 hectares, consists of the main villa with a Area of about 700m2 and other buildings.

The property is easily reached from the A 12 motorway, Brugnato exit, 15 minutes by car from La Spezia.
Brugnato is located within the Montemarcello Magra Natural Park and is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
The medieval layout of the walled village of Brugnato is perfectly preserved, with a particular urban structure in the shape of a pincer. Of particular importance in the village are the Cathedral, one of the most beautiful in Liguria, and the Bishop's Palace, which houses an ivory crucifix made by Michelangelo's workshop.
Brugnato was an important crossing point of the "vertical" paths that connected the coast to the Apennines and a station on a branch of the Via Francigena.
