The winery is one of the traditional top wineries in Austria. It has been in the family for several generations.

The wines are marketed internationally at a high level with well-established brands and regularly receive high awards. A list of the award-winning wines (Falstaff) can be handed out separately.

Since the descendants have no interest in continuing the winery, the property is now being offered for sale.

A great opportunity for investors to take over and continue a long-standing family business.

The entire workforce and the current boss and cellar master would like to continue running this unique wine business under new management.

The property consists of several buildings with a total of approx. 2000m2 of living and usable space.

One part is used as living space and office, another part is used for wine production and storage as well as a wine bar.

The fully equipped winery extends to around 900m2 of basement space over three floors, which can be reached via a freight elevator.

All buildings and the machinery are in good condition, so that no investments will be necessary in the near future.

The wine is produced on approx. 30 hectares of vineyards, of which approx. 11 hectares are our own vineyards in excellent first locations.

The remaining vineyards of approx. 19 hectares are leased on a long-term basis, 12 hectares of which can also be bought.

The annual production of approx. 350,000 bottles is currently sold through a regular customer base of dealers, vinotheques and upscale restaurants, but also directly from the farm.

An increase in production to approx. 400,000 - 450,000 bottles is possible.

Export countries are currently: Germany, Poland, Denmark, Belgium, England and Liechtenstein

Wine types produced: 40% Grüner Veltliner, 15% Riesling, the rest are Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Zweigelt, St. Laurent and others.

The existing addresses of customers, resellers, and the entire customer base belong to the new owner or investor when the sale is made.

Personnel: There are constantly 6 people in the company, 5-8 seasonal workers, 4 of them approx. 10 months per year.

In the case of an investment, the entire staff including the current owner and cellar master can be taken over in order to guarantee a seamless transition and to maintain the high level of production.

The owner would manage the sales management for another 2-3 years, or longer on request.
