It served as a children's sanatorium between 1910 and 1937 and was run by the internationally renowned doctor Prof. Dr. Erich Benjamin directed. To this day it is still known as the "Erich Benjamin House". The apartment offered here was part of his daily home.

This impresses with a large floor-to-ceiling walk-in shower with glass partition and an extra wooden washbasin including a large washbasin and mirror. The entire wet area is equipped with high-quality large tiles.
